Hey, look what I found in my Drafts… posts of the season reviews for the last few years.
I saw a bit of F1 here and there when I was a kid, mostly when I was visiting my aunt and uncle over the summer. In 2009, I wanted to find a new hobby to replace arguing on message boards, and figured I’d see what F1 was up to these days. I watched the first race without any background, and rooted for Brawn GP because I vaguely remembered Rubens from those summer tastes. Little did I realize that I was in for the most magical season ever. And I still regret not ordering a Brawn GP jacket…

This is the 2009 Belgian GP, isn’t it? Fisi on pole, and Rubens behind Jarno?
Totally my all-time favorite race weekend.
EJ visiting Rubens, Fisi’s pole, Kimi + Fisi + Seb on the podium… great weekend.
